Olivia Muranga gets community service on downgraded charge over COVID-19 border breaches
An “indulgent” and “careless” woman who sparked a major health emergency in south-east Queensland last year after dodging the state’s border rules while infected with COVID-19 has been sentenced to 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a downgraded charge.
