Flanagan, Universal Go To Mars In “Passage” – Dark Horizons

Universal Pictures has snapped up a feature film adaptation of Christopher Pike’s 1993 sci-fi horror novel “The Season of Passage”.
“The Haunting of Hill House” creator and “Doctor Sleep” director Mike Flanagan will direct, produce and co-write the screenplay with James Flanagan.
The original book centers around a U.S. manned expedition to Mars which follows in the wake of a Russian one that went missing before them. Were they simply dead, or did something else happen to them?
