MASKS OFF: Virus restrictions to ease state-wide for Queenslanders

Two weeks on from a snap lockdown that plunged Greater Brisbane into tight restrictions, COVID restrictions in Queensland will ease from 6am on Thursday.
Following consultation with chief health officer Jeanette Young, Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk announced coronavirus restrictions will be lifted earlier statewide after no new cases of community transmission emerged.
The mandate on masks will cease but masks are still required at the airport and on flights, and Queenslanders are recommended…
