The mother of axed Cronulla Sharks coach, John Morris, has launched a passionate defence of her son while expressing her disgust at how he was treated by the club….
Morris was removed as Cronulla coach on Tuesday after two years at the helm of the club he served as a player and as head coach.
The 40-year-old will be replaced by Craig Fitzgibbon for next season, while Josh Hannay will take charge of the club on an interim basis.
