Paraglider stuck 20m in tree canopy on Gold Coast

Emergency services are working to rescue a paraglider who is stuck at least 20 metres above ground in a tree canopy at Beechmont on the Gold Coast.
Multiple QFES crews are on the scene to rescue the person after they became stuck in a tree canopy at Rosins Lookout about 12pm.
QFES crews are making their way into the bush, which has been reported as very steep terrain, with harness equipment to rescue the person.
The person is believed to be about 20 to 25 metres high, and reportedly talking with emergency services.
It is unknown at this stage what the injuries are and QAS paramedics remain on standby to help once the person is freed.
