Man in critical condition, two others taken to hospital after head-on crash

A man is fighting for life on scene while two others have been rushed to hospital after a head-on crash on the Sunshine Coast.
Emergency services were called just after 6.30am on Tuesday to Connection Road at Glenview after a ute and a 4WD collided.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesman said firefighters freed a driver and a passenger with the use of cutting gear about 7am.
One woman, believed to be in her 20s, has been taken to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a serious condition with lower limb and pelvic injuries.
A second person has been taken to the same hospital in a stable condition.
