Man taken into custody after Brisbane bayside lockdown

A man has been taken into police custody without incident after streets in Brisbane’s bayside were locked down.
Streets in Capalaba, south of Brisbane, were locked down after police were called to a Finucane Road address about 9.30am on Monday.
The exclusion zone at Capalaba encompasses Ingham Street, north along Abelia Street to Remita Court and across Valentine Park to Willard Road.Credit:QPS
Police had declared an exclusion zone about 1.30pm, as authorities negotiated with the man, who had allegedly threatened officers. Police said the unarmed man was the only person in the house.
Specialist officers, including the Public Safety Response Team, were on scene negotiating with the man.
