Robbed of a Clive Churchill Medal and now 10 weeks to save his career: Milford’s brutal decline – Fox Sports
On the night of October 4, 2015, Anthony Milford was only a few seconds away from being named the Clive Churchill Medal winner.

The medal would have been tangible proof Milford was the best player on ANZ Stadium in a winning NRL grand final.
Instead that honour went to Johnathan Thurston of North Queensland, and even the man himself later admitted he did not deserve to be named man of the match (although he named teammate Jake Granville, and not Milford, as the rightful recipient).
