Trial of in-orbit processing of satellite imagery – Spatial Source
Computers developed by Australian firm Spiral Blue will be tested aboard Polish STORK satellites later this year.

Australian-built computers designed to process raw remote sensing imagery will fly in space in the second half of 2021.
The Space Edge Zero (SEZ) prototype computers, developed by Sydney-based Spiral Blue, will be carried into orbit aboard Polish satellite manufacturer SatRevolutions STORK-4 and STORK-5 satellites.
SEZ is a prototype system that aims to test in-orbit processing of raw satellite imagery prior to being transmitted to the ground.
