On a hot Saturday morning to start the season Noosa Senior Colts took on Maroochydore at Maroochydore.

being the first game of the season both teams struggled to get into their team pattern and build phase play.For most of the first half the game stayed roughly in the middle of the field with both teams unable to control the ball well enough to get into scoring opportunities.
