A stunning Bunker controversy has spoiled what had been shaping into a historic Leichhardt Oval comeback by Wests Tigers.
Trailing 28-6 at half-time, the Tigers came out firing, racking up three quickfire tries through David Nofoaluma, Luciano Leilua and Luke garner to pull within eight points of their rivals.
They looked to have taken the game back when Nofoaluma crossed over again minutes later to have the Tigers on the brink of the undoable.
