Nathan Cleary knows Jarome Luai is ready to play for NSW as the battle heats up for the No.6 jumper.

Its a bit weird because last year I didnt have many friendships on the field, but Ive got a few out there in each team now, so its a bit different, its a bit more fun, Luai said. It helps get me into the game.
If theres a scrap, I want to be in there. Were not taking a backward step from nobody.
I play what is in front of me. With the game being a bit faster, it suits my style.
