A baby girl’s 694-day stint in hospital with a rare heart condition has come to a close, after she returns home for the first time in almost two years.
Valentina Garnetti spent the majority of her short life in hospital, being treated with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a rare heart condition that caused the left side of her heart to be underdeveloped, a condition she was born with.
