National women’s summit to address affordable childcare, pay gap
The superannuation pay gap and affordable childcare will be discussed at a special national cabinet meeting to be hosted in Darwin in July to lay the groundwork for a larger summit.
A national women’s summit, proposed by Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk, was endorsed by other state and territory leaders as well as the Prime Minister Scott Morrison who said the idea was “warmly received”.
