There’s no denying it’s been a tough 12 months for Australia’s hospo scene. Which means, now, there’s never been a better time to show your support — and thanks to a brand-new, countrywide initiative, it’s never been easier to do so.
Running throughout May, the inaugural Australian Cocktail Month is supporting bars and bartenders as they open up their doors again following a year of closures and restrictions. Brought to life by cocktail maven Penny Sippe, who’s worked with the hospitality industry for over a decade, the event will see some of the best bartenders in the country mixing up top-shelf local and international spirits, including Glenfiddich whisky, Herradura tequila, Adelaide Hills…
