Think It Over gives Parker the chance to add his name to the honour roll of trainers who have prepared the winner of the famous Royal Randwick mile when he lines up in the $3 million race on Saturday.
Parker didn’t actually ride in a Doncaster. He was a never a licensed jockey.
But he did ride Row Of Waves trackwork for master trainer Les Bridge before the horse won the 1985 Doncaster Handicap…
