The Queensland premier says all the circumstances relating to the death of an elderly woman hours after she received a COVID-19 vaccine will be investigated.
Annastacia Palaszczuk has expressed her confidence in the vaccine rollout on Thursday, after the womans death added to a series of recent developments which have sparked concerns about the safety of the jab.
