Career moves: Piper Alderman – Proctor

Piper Alderman has welcomed Joel Shaw as a restructuring and insolvency partner in Brisbane.

Joel is an experienced commercial litigation, insolvency and reconstruction lawyer who has worked with some of Brisbane’s leading insolvency practitioners, accountants, company directors, government bodies, creditors and other key stakeholders who have been involved in or impacted by a company’s voluntary administration, receivership or liquidation.

His appointment takes the national restructuring and insolvency team to eight partners across the firm’s four offices. Joel is a member of the Australian Restructuring and Insolvency Turnaround Association.
