The ABF has assisted South Australia Police with a huge 50 kg meth concealment intercepted on a truck at Port Wakefield. SA Drug and Organised Crime Task Force officers stopped the semi-trailer as it travelled
between WA and NSW on Tuesday (6 April 2021). The vehicle was transported to the ABF’s Cargo Examination Facility in Adelaide where x-rays revealed anomalies in one of the 16 pallets, and an ABF drug detector dog subsequently gave a positive response to the same pallet.
