Drive-through lasagne and salumi opens in Brisbane
The innovation has proved so popular that half a tonne of the multi-layered pasta dish flew out of the door and into the cars of hungry devotees on the first day of business last Friday.Conceived by Jerome Dalton, of Dalton Catering and CJ’s Pasta, when last week’s sudden lockdown led to the cancellation of his catering events, Dalton says such is the interest that he is going to keep it going on Friday afternoons from 1-6pm.“It been extremely popular,” he said, with 400 or more lasagnes made…
