Qantas-Air New Zealand rivalry levels up with a war of the lamingtons – 9Travel

Trans-Tasman swipes continue to fire on Twitter following the news Aussies and New Zealanders will now be able to visit one another from April 19.
Qantas and Air New Zealand have been poking fun at one another with gifts of contentious cakes and treats both companies claim were created in their respective countries.
The latest development was a plate of lamingtons that Qantas delivered to Air New Zealand in jest.
