Fragments of COVID-19 have been detected in sewage water linking to 18 Sunshine Coast suburbs.
It could indicate old cases of COVID-19 continuing to “shed” the virus but not spreading it. However, it could
also mean there are undetected cases of the virus in the community. Queensland Health is urging anyone with symptoms to get tested immediately. Suburbs:
