Australian Rugby League Commission introduces foul play as part of new system permitting 18th player
The Australian Rugby League Commission (ARLC) has taken on board feedback from all 16 NRL clubs and the Rugby League Players Association before finalising its decision to introduce an 18th player to matchday squads.
