Engineers will be brought into Brisbane’s Princess Alexandra Hospital to analyse the air circulation as part of ongoing investigations into two recent coronavirus clusters.
A possible cause of the outbreak is thought to be an isolation room in the hospital’s Ward 5D where two so-called super-spreader patients were treated at different times last month.
The room in question has emerged as a common link in both clusters totaling 22 people including four health workers.
