‘Unacceptable’: St Kilda’s ‘embarrassing’ effort slammed as coach puts players on notice
St Kilda has received a mighty wake-up call following a 75-point loss to Essendon at Marvel Stadium on Saturday.
The Saints made a strong impression during the pre-season and were widely tipped to move up the ladder in 2021 but two back-to-back performances have left more questions than answers for Brett Rattens team.
Ratten himself made it clear he was embarrassed at the performance post-game and told his players to brace for criticism from all angles.
