T-Mobile US announced that it was shutting down its Live, Live + and Live Zone TV services on April 29.

BELLEVUE, Washington: T-Mobile US said on Monday it was shutting down its Live, Live + and Live Zone TV services on April 29 and would offer viewers YouTube TV and YouTube Premium under an extended partnership with Google.
Customers who have subscribed to TVision Live are to receive the first month of YouTube TV free and then at a cost of $54.99 per month, which is $10 below the regular price, the company stated.
