Brisbane festival to put the art back into ARTificial intelligence

Growing up in Melbourne among its street-art culture before calling Brisbane home in 2011, Devers said she had never done a collaboration like this before.
“It’ll be done in my usual style and approach and similar methods, but in terms of the content, definitely not,” she said.
“I’ve already learnt so much about AI and a couple of projects Felipe has spearheaded for us to pre-empt drastic changes in the climate.
“For me, I find it gives my work an extra layer of depth and significance.
“I paint a lot in reaction to my environment but being able to translate critical research and data feels like it’s levelling it up.”
