99 drivers charged after crashes into creeks, trees, cars and fences

In Ingham in North Queensland police found a man swimming away from a 4WD which had crashed into Palm Creek off Warrens Hill Rd on Friday about 11.45pm. Officers said an Ingham man, 25, had a blood-alcohol content of .098 and has been charged with drink driving and will appear in the Ingham Magistrates Court later this month.
