This AFL star produced some crazy hitout stats – but Collingwood failed to reap the rewards
It was one of the most one-way ruck battles in AFL history as Collingwood gun Brodie Grundy put on a clinic in the clubs nailbiting loss to Brisbane.
But with the Lions having little in the way of opposition at ruck contests, questions have been asked if the Magpies were able to take full advantage of the battle.
The Magpies won the hitouts battle 63-4, with Grundy having 54 hitouts of which 21 were to advantage against young Brisbane duo Tom Fullarton and Connor Ballenden.
