A picture posted online by Borat creator Sacha Baron Cohen’s wife Isla Fisher has got people talking.
Was global comedy icon Borat based on a suburban WA dad?
Perth-raised actor Isla Fisher – who is also the wife of Borat creator Sacha Baron Cohen – shared a picture of her father Brian on Instagram on Wednesday.
The black-and-white photo showed a Mr Fisher with a droopy Borat-style moustache and thick wavy hair.
“This is my dad, Poppa Fish. I love him, he’s the greatest and I am so thankful to have him in my life,’ Fisher wrote in the post.
