Deloitte buys actuarial firm Rice Warner – The Australian Financial Review
Rice Warner’s team of 26 researchers and consultants, who specialise in superannuation and life insurance research, are set to join the big four firm.

Big four consulting firm Deloitte has purchased Rice Warner, the consultancy founded by Australias top actuary Michael Rice.
Rice Warners 26-strong team of researchers and consultants will move to Deloitte under the deal, with chief executive Andrew Boal, head of superannuation Steve Freeborn and executive general manager Jenni Baxter becoming partners at the big four consultancy. Mr Rice will join Deloitte in a consulting capacity.
