Warriors’ Nathan Brown believes bar lifted too high with NRL’s new 18th man rule – Stuff.co.nz
Nathan Brown feels the 18th man rule could be a waste of time if the player can only come on after three failed HIAs.

Warriors coach Nathan Brown believed the NRL have got it wrong with their 18th man rule, which will come into effect from next weekend.
