Man fined $95 for cyberbullying Japanese Netflix star, Hana Kimura, who took her own life

A man charged over online abuse directed at Hana Kimura, the star of Japanese Netflix reality show Terrace House who took her own life last year, has been fined 9,000 yen ($95).
