Johnny Rose yelled that he was selling the place almost immediately after arriving at the derelict motel in Schitts Creek, but now the iconic Rosebud Motel from the cult-classic TV show is actually up for grabs.
For $2.08 million ($C2 million), the famed and actually rather charming property could be yours, sans the dodgy plumbing and a furious Johnny Rose in his Ebenezer Scrooge nightgown.
