Maggie Beer Holdings in $40m e-commerce buy – The Australian Financial Review
The celebrity chef’s gourmet foods group is raising $30 million in fresh capital to help buy Hampers & Gifts Australia.

Ms Millard said Hampers & Gifts was an established high growth, high margin, on-line business with strong cash generation. She said it would help transform Maggie Beer Holdings and move it to the next level of growth.
The company intends to expand the Maggie Beer products push online by utilising the Hampers & Gifts business.
