Woolworths, Coles panic buying emerges in Greater Brisbane ahead of strict COVID-19 lockdown

Panic buying has appeared to have emerged at numerous locations across Greater Brisbane ahead of another three-day lockdown of the region.
Long lines have formed at supermarkets on Monday morning ahead of the lockdown from 5pm, including in a number of inner-Brisbane locations.
Supermarkets are not closed during the lockdown and residents are allowed to leave their homes to buy essential items during the period.
