Christian Porter and Linda Reynolds are likely to lose their portfolios in a coming Cabinet reshuffle — how did we get here?
Speculation is rife that Prime Minister Scott Morrison’s Cabinet is set for another shake-up, after a bruising month dominated by accusations of toxic attitudes and culture in Parliament House.
Two ministers whose conduct has come under scrutiny are likely to be moved in the reshuffle, which could happen as early as today, but the Prime Minister has committed to keeping them both in Cabinet.
It comes just months after the last Cabinet reshuffle, in which Mr Morrison emphasised that “stability and consistency are very much what is needed”.
But a lot has happened since then.
