Brisbane COVID update sees missing link identified as new local case is detected

Queensland has recorded just one new local case of COVID which may be the missing link between two new cases and a previous case.
The new case is the brother of one of the two men who was diagnosed with the virus in the past two days.
Chief Health Officer Dr Jeanette Young said the new case is “probably the person responsible for transmitting the infection” between a doctor at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and the recent cases.
