Mo’unga made up for his unlucky defeat last time out when giving Annabel Neasham her first Group 1 win in the Rosehill Guineas (2000m) at Rosehill on Saturday.
I knew Sky Lab would take me somewhere into the race, I just had to pop a bit earlier than I would’ve liked because I had a horse outside of me that wasn’t going that well but going well enough to keep me there if he wanted. He’s just such a good colt this bloke, he can go on to a Derby because he had to cover a fair bit of ground then.
