Cornavirus infection numbers are increasing in more than 40% of areas in the UK, the latest infection data shows.
The governments latest figures covering the seven days up to 21 March, the most recent date for which complete data is available, reveal that cases are rising in 161 out of 380 local council areas or 42% of the UK.
