One of the most interesting bits of casting with the “Avatar” sequels is that of Stephen Lang’s Miles Quaritch returning, despite the villainous character’s apparent death at the end of the first film.
Lang’s performance was one of the most memorable of the first film, but when director James Cameron confirmed not only his return but that Quaritch would also serve as the main antagonist throughout all four upcoming films, it raised obvious questions.
