South Sydney must bend and re-sign Adam Reynolds – Sydney Morning Herald
Take away the emotion: it simply doesn’t make sense for Souths to let Reynolds walk out and join another club.
All this posturing is expected, but performance is what really counts. Reynolds has recovered from concussion and will take the field against the Roosters on Friday night. If he shoots the lights out, it will only heap more pressure on the club to re-sign their favourite son.
The issue isnt so much money as the length of the contract, and on that score South Sydney are being as flexible as an Easter Island statue.
