Petrol bomb thrown into Brisbane school overnight

A Molotov cocktail has been thrown at a Brisbane school in the early hours of Thursday morning, sparking a fire.
Emergency services responded to reports of a petrol bomb being thrown through the windows of Clairvaux MacKillop College in Upper Mount Gravatt on Klumpp Road about 4.30am.
It caused a fire inside. However, only minor damage was reported.
A security guard was believed to have spotted the incident.
A police spokeswoman said the incident was being investigated as a vandalism offence.
No one has been charged.
“If anyone has any information, please come forward,” the spokeswoman said.
Police are continuing their investigations.
