The multi-millionaire owner of Hobarts Museum of Old and New Art has apologised for approving an artwork that asked for Indigenous people to donate their blood, as calls to boycott the gallerys winter festival grow.
Tasmanias Dark Mofo festival on Tuesday cancelled plans to exhibit Spanish artist Santiago Sierras Union Jack which would see a British flag soaked in the blood of First Nations peoples.
