Lord Mayor: Council Olympics meeting ‘momentous’

A rare secret meeting of Brisbane City Council to discuss the city’s bid for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games has stretched on for several hours as councillors pore over details of how to satisfy the financial and infrastructure demands from staging the events.
