Surfers are mourning the death of El Salvador Olympic prospect Katherine Díaz Hernández, who was hit by lightning while training near her home beach.
Surfers in El Salvador are planning to hold a “paddle out” to remember Katherine Díaz Hernández, one of the countrys top surfers who was killed by a lightning bolt while surfing.
