Qld woman convicted of plotting ex-husband’s murder

A Gold Coast woman who plotted to have a hitman kill her ex-husband has been convicted by a jury for the second time in a Queensland Supreme Court.

Theresa Dalton, 69, cried in the Queensland Supreme Court after the jury returned its verdict on Monday.
“You’re wrong, you’ve made a mistake,” she repeated.
“How can you do this?”
Dalton, 69, pleaded not guilty to procuring someone to murder her husband of more than two decades in 2010.
