Two active Qld COVID cases in ICU since Friday

Two of the 54 active COVID-19 cases across Queensland have been in intensive care units since Friday.
The people are being treated in hospitals in the Gold Coast and Metro South regions, with the cases the first to be in ICU for some time.

Queensland recorded two new cases in the last 24 hours, with 52 currently in hospital.
It comes as 250 GP clinics will start administering COVID-19 vaccinations to vulnerable Queenslanders on Monday.
Dr Karen Price, president of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), said general practice will play a key role in the vaccine rollout.
