The surprising suburbs where rents are rising and falling across QLD
They are the Queensland towns where rents have skyrocketed, and only one can be found in the state’s capital.
In contrast, seven out of the top 10 suburbs to record the biggest decrease in rental growth were all found in the southeast corner, new data has revealed.
Leading the rental growth charge is the Gladstone region, where three suburbs there recorded significant increases of between 15.38 per cent and 20 per cent in 2020, according to realestate.com.au
