Four-time premiership player Jordan Lewis has questioned the reasoning behind Luke McDonald scoring a lucrative five-year deal with the Kangaroos.
On Saturday, North Melbourne officially announced McDonald would remain at the club until the end of 2026. The 26-year-old took out the clubs best and fairest after a breakout season last year.
But despite the Roos father-son selection playing 126 games across his career, Lewis was unsure if he was the player worthy of a long-term deal.
